Moderlab Project

Moderlab is specialized in real estate innovation and allows future buyers to visit and personalize their properties in 3D real-time. For each apartment, Moderlab offers three diferent settings and atmospheres to help buyers project themselves into their ideal home.

Here are some projects I worked on as 3D artist / Level artist : a resort with hotel, social housing, houses, shops, and park in Saint-Leu d'Esserent and a housing building (7 floors) with private gardens and shop in Courbevoie.
